I think that old saying actually goes something like "feed a cold and starve a fever" but I prefer to "feed a cold and go shopping" as you may know I have been sick. I am actually still sick - but rather than sit on the couch all weekend {been either on the couch or in the bed since Wednesday afternoon,} I decided it may be best to get out a little today and save Sunday for being lazy. Today I snacked on some yummy soft pretzels and sipped lemonade as well as allowed for a little retail therapy... can't complain.

Pictured above are the items I purchased today, sorry no outfit today... that will come tomorrow when I cook up something photo-worthy.
I found a pair of leopard print crocs {shop here for similar - mine are the Kadee flats} they are actually cute and super comfy!
I finally found a pair of white shorts that are long enough! I love shorts, but I struggle to find them in modest yet still cute cuts... these are from Pac Sun and are perfect in length, you can check them out here if you are like me and like a little extra inseam. I also got that yellow tank at PacSun, its racerback and cut slightly shorter in the front - but not too short. I tried finding it online, but no such luck, sorry girls :(
Lastly I popped into Sephora to play dress up on my face and just look at all the pretty, glittery and creamy things... I happened to actually "need" a new compact so I snagged one of those and while in the check out line tried the tester for Kat Von D's Sinner and Saint perfumes... I ended up loving Saint - it reminds me of a confectionery, sort of a blend of vanilla icing and freshly bloomed flowers... its very soft and well, yummy. You can read more about it here. Oh I also got a free gift, a coral shade of blush. I have never heard of the brand before but still I am excited to try it out.
