happy birthday jen

I guess I am trying something new with my hair... I call this the "is it long enough to cut" look... J likes it as is, I want it more angled/choppy looking (oh yea, and blonder)... either way I need to trim off the scraggly ends.

Saturday was my friend Jen's birthday, she turned the big 2-6. The sweetie pie and I met up with her after dinner celebration at a local watering hole to catch up and play a little pool. The above photo is what I wore. It was a long overdue meet up and hopefully there are more frequent meet ups in the future.

Something that I really want to work on this year as part of my New Year's resolutions is being a better friend to others and making more of an effort to get out and do things with the people I care about.  Jen's birthday was a great start... by the end of the night there were talks of a monthly game night.
