This is my very first outfit photo... taken back on June 26th 2010 in Ybor City/Tampa Florida. I thought that it may be nice to take a little look-see into the past before I really get cranking on becoming a little paparazzi in the near future.
The dress, from Old Navy, is literally sitting in a massive pile of items that are no longer my size and in need of a new home. I recently did a closet clean out after my weight loss and have eliminated more than 2/3rds of my closet's contents.
I took a few well loved items to the tailor and made a little investment in them... sizing them down so that I can still enjoy them. But the truth of it is... a lot of the items I pulled from my closet were items that I really didn't love, that were just there to be there and hang out with the rest of the clothing.
My plan is to sort the gigantic pile of clothing into smaller piles, one to take to consignment shops and post on eBay, one pile to donate to Goodwill, and one pile to set aside for my friends to dig through or do a blogger swap (that would be peachy!)
Now that I am close to where I want to be as far as the way my body looks, I am trying to figure out my personal style, redefining myself, my goals, my needs and attempting to create a wardrobe that reflects my soul and personality both effortlessly and stylishly (while also doing all of that inexpensively!)
