Ready... set... remix.
This remix is a little different... my honey J has always been very supportive of my blog, but lately with talks of opening stores and working harder at the blog he has become a great rock for me to bounce ideas off of and help me make "business" decisions.
While J was home he wanted to do a remix of his own and I could'nt help but squeeel!!! I played paparazzi. We let remixing be our muse.
Volcom Tee: This is one of my favorite shirts that J has... its a really deep burnt orange color and has a nice graphic print. We got it at Nordstroms a while back but I assume that a tee like this is found many-a-place.
Fun and Games: His version of a "beachy" look should probably be disqualified since he isn't even wearing the shirt... but he is a cutie and I am proud of my baby love for being fun and wanting to have a little hand in this blog, so whatever he wants... he gets! Here, J throws on some swim trunks and brings some beach fun to our sand volley ball court... when it gets too hot to play, residents sometimes use this as a little party zone since there are picnic tables, a grilling area, and a small pool all very close by.
Sweat Sessions: Dressing nice for the gym doesn't mean getting all decked out or girls - please no full hair and make-up! However I do think that your fitness attire should be well fitting and flatter you, there are tons of mirrors in gyms and you are going to see yourself constantly... if you feel like you look your best your confidence is boosted and you will want to maintain that level and work harder towards your goals.
Chipotle Datenight: I think that its pretty much common knowledge how much J and I love Chipotle... its so yummy and for some reason when he is home with me, those burrito bowls taste even better. We spend lots of nights just watching tv or movies and snacking on Chipotle, sometimes we are in comfy PJs but sometimes its also nice to "dress up" a little for at home dates. We mix it up with a little of both but always enjoy the time spent together.
Dressy Casual: Wearing the same shirt with slightly dressier shorts gives this tee a little more pop. This is something that J would probably wear if we went on a shopping date to the mall or to go see a movie.
Bye Moshi... night out!: Once and a while we like to get out and cut a rug... I am typically a jeans and tees kind of girl when "going out" but if we go somewhere nicer than our typical spots we add a little something more to our outfits. I will wear a dress and J will throw on something like this... same shirt but now with elevated style by adding the blazer, jeans and white Hugo shoes.
So what do you think? J is not bad at the remixing (plus he isn't too bad to look at either) he may have found himself a new little project with a monthly men's remix or inspired by here. Show J some love everyone :) We would love to hear your feedback.
